Hospitality
We believe that this church is one of God's houses, one of God's communities and we strive to be gracious to all who visit or make their home here.
Christian Mission
Christian Mission is more than giving away stuff. Mission is our personal and collective action - compassionate giving, doing, and serving in the name and honor of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
Mother Theresa said, "Many people are hungry not for bread only, but they are hungry for ... love. Many people are not only naked for want of a piece of cloth, but they are naked for human dignity ... Homelessness is not only not having a home made of bricks, but homelessness is being rejected, unwanted, unloved, uncared for. People have forgotten what the human touch is, what it is to smile, for somebody to smile at them, somebody to recognize them, somebody to wish them well."
Open-ness
We believe in offering open hearts, open minds, open doors, and even an open Holy Communion table. In fact, all of our committee meetings are open to members and anyone who is interested to hear what is going on in the life of this community.
Commitment
We are committed disciples of Jesus Christ who have professed to give of our time, talent, money, prayers, and Christian witness as we follow our Mission and Vision statements living out Jesus 3 Love commandments* of Matthew 22:37-39 and 28:19-20 "Love God, Love Neighbor, Make Disciples."

Life-long Learning
We believe that no matter how old you are, you are still learning and maturing as a disciple of Jesus Christ. We all have much to learn and all of us have something to teach.
Joy!
We believe being a Christian is not a burden but a joy. Living into the peace and presence of the Holy Spirit in ourselves and in this community places life's occasional challenges and disappointments in God's hands. We call this faith.
